This is a plain-English starting point. Please check it (and add your trading name and address) before the site goes live.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give it), your type of business and what you tell us about your project.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you'd like to go ahead, to design and build your website. We don't send marketing emails and we never sell or share your details.
How the form works
The form is delivered to our inbox by a service called Web3Forms, which passes your message on to us by email. You can read Web3Forms' privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we're talking about your project, and delete it if you ask us to or if nothing comes of it.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@samuraifrog.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
